A physical therapist since 1995, Ann has always gravitated to the manual aspect of physical therapy, continually furthering her education in this field. With a directed, problem-solving, hands-on approach, Ann is able to bring even the most severely injured, multi-trauma patients back to health and wellness. Using a combination of posture/body mechanics training, directed soft tissue and joint mobilization, and the integration of functional, customized exercise, Ann works to educate and empower patients to take charge of their health. She is especially interested in rehabilitation of the spine — both neck and low back injuries — as well as in high level fitness training.
Ann holds a BS in Biology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Originally from Marin County, California, Ann spent 30 years in Boulder CO before moving up to Vail full time one year ago where she is now closer to what she loves the most: any activity on snow. In the “non snow” months, Ann enjoys mountain biking, scuba diving, surfing, film and off-the-beaten-path travel.
