Jennifer grew up in Minnesota and moved to Vail immediately after graduating from Marquette University with a physical therapy degree. She practiced four years in Vail and left the valley to complete an Orthopedic Fellowship at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Los Angeles and then returned to Minnesota to work and complete her doctorate in physical therapy. Jennifer has practiced in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine settings for over fifteen years with a focus on manual orthopedic care. She has her Pilates Rehabilitation Certification and incorporates the methods and biomechanics in her practice, treating everyday symptoms and sports injuries. Jennifer has had the opportunity to treat and train numbers of professional dancers, musicians and athletes.
Jennifer is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, as well as a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She is assistant faculty for Neuro Orthopedic Institute. She is also a founder of Chicked, a women’s athletic clothing company. Jennifer spends her free time doing any and all outdoor activities and traveling to distant parts of the world.
