Biceps Rupture at the Shoulder/Elbow

This is often caused by a sudden forceful straightening or contraction of the biceps muscles. There is usually sudden forearm weakness and pain. Surgery is required.

Rehabilitation after surgery can help with range of motion, strength, or function.
