We are NOT in network for MEDICAID
We are In-Network, preferred providers for all local insurance companies including UMR (Vail Resorts), Kaiser, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, United Healthcare, Cigna, Great West, Blue Cross/Anthem, Medicare, Aetna, Cofinity, Humana, PHCS, and Multiplan.
We are able to see all Workman’s Compensation patients, Personal Injury and Motor Vehicle Claims.
Prices per visit vary depending on the length of the appointment and the complexity of the problem.
Initial Evaluation and treatment: $95-$350.
Follow-up appointments: $75-$248.
Massage Therapy prices are $30 for 30 minutes, $95 for 60 minutes, $140 for 90 minutes
Laser Therapy pricing for 15 minute session (one body part) is $39, 3 sessions $111, 6 sessions $210, 10 sessions $331
Lightspeed Lift $20 for 60 mins.
Payment plans and discounted package pricing are available.
Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted. Payment (co-pay, co-insurance or deductible) is required at time of service.
