Cody Swartzendruber

Physical Therapist
PT, DPT, OCS

A native of Colorado, Cody grew up playing a variety of sports which lead to his own injuries and ultimately his passion for the physical therapy field. He attended Adams State University, where he played football and earned a degree in Exercise Science. Building on his academic foundation, Cody pursued his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine, graduating in the fall of 2019.

Cody has earned his Orthopedic Certified Specialist credential through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and has advanced training in Functional Dry Needling and manual therapy techniques, that he uses to apply effective interventions for his patients. He believes in helping educate his patients as well as enabling them to take an active approach to the rehab process in order to return to the activities they love to do. He works with patients to create individualized programs designed to address the underlying causes of injury and designing injury prevention programs to prevent future setbacks.

Outside of his professional life, Cody enjoys embracing all that the Vail Valley has to offer alongside his wife, Erica, and their dog, Bailey. His enthusiasm for an active lifestyle not only shapes his personal interests but also fuels his commitment to empowering others on their own journeys to wellness.
