Erica was born and raised in Haddonfield, New Jersey and participated in multiple sports throughout her years growing up here. This eventually led her to earn a scholarship for track and field competing in the high jump at High Point University where she also earned her degree in Exercise Science. This is when her passion grew greater for physical therapy with multiple injuries she sustained while competing.

She then pursued her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine -Miami Campus and graduated in December of 2019. In Miami, she met her husband, Cody, and decided to follow him out West. Erica started at Jointworx in 2020, but took a hiatus in 2024 to move back to NJ. This is when she and her husband realized the Vail Valley was home and moved back to the area in 2025. She is certified in Functional Dry Needling and has taken multiple additional manual therapy courses, which she has found to help create a personalized care plan for her patients to get back to all their activities in the Valley.

In her free time, she loves to snowboard and run and hike with her dog, Bailey, and husband, Cody. She has a strong passion for orthopedic injuries in all age groups, so she can get people back to all the outdoor adventures that the Vail Valley has to offer. She also has a love for animals and realized she could help dogs get back to activities they love too and became a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist.
